I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist primarily working with adults and adolescents to support them to improve and manage their mental health. I work collaboratively alongside clients to help build a shared understanding of their experiences and support clients to make personally meaningful change. I work with clients experiencing a variety of difficulties including those relating to anxiety, mood, trauma, relationships, and the impact of neurodiversity. I have experience of working across a range of evidence-based therapies and I approach all my work from an individualised perspective, integrating different approaches as needed to best meet individual needs.
I have a special interest in autism, this includes autism assessment, supporting people to understand their autism, and adapting psychological therapies to meet the needs of neurodiverse individuals. This includes working within an autism diagnostic service within the NHS, in addition to autism assessment and post-diagnostic work within Elysian.
