I currently work in the NHS in a Children and Adolescent Community Eating Disorders Service. I have previous experience working in CAMHS community and inpatient services, neurorehabilitation services and with adults with complex and enduring mental health difficulties.
I have worked with a range of difficulties including: anxiety and panic, OCD, health anxiety, attachment insecurities, poor body image, low self-esteem and trauma.
I believe strongly in working with individuals to develop a compassionate understanding of their difficulties within the context of their life experiences. I use an integrative approach, based on individual need and the evidence-base, to work alongside individuals and support them to make meaningful change in their lives.
