I believe in the power of conversations. I see this magic every day in my clinical work to create positive change for the families and the young people I work with in the NHS. I like to work in a way that places the client as the expert in their own experience. By seeing the client as the expert therapy can be tailored to their needs rather than a one size fits all approach.
I strive to try my best to ensure progress towards valued goals by using a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches and principles such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Systemic Therapy and Attachment Theory.
