Clinical Psychologist

A man wearing glasses and a blue sweater is smiling for the camera.

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. I work both within the NHS and here at Elysian Psychology private practice. Within my NHS role as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist, I work with neurodiverse children and adolescents, diagnosing and/or working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities. In both my current and previous roles, I have worked with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, high self-criticism and more. Working across a variety of settings, I have supported those across the lifespan. My skills and experience enable me to draw on a variety of psychological models, using an integrative and flexible approach to provide specialist tailored support to those embarking on a therapeutic journey.

It is a privilege to work alongside individuals on their journey, taking those courageous steps to improve their well-being and lifestyle. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space, working collaboratively to develop a shared understanding of the individual's difficulties and experiences. I embody a compassionate and inclusive approach in all areas of my work. I believe you as the individual are the expert by your lived experience and that together, we work as a team to get you where you long to be.
